I'm there today, once again,   trying to comprehend all of  WHO GOD IS! I take deep breaths and shake my head in amazement of what is written in the Psalms about WHO HE IS!  Yep,  another day, another privilege to run to my Father to seek His Face for nourishment, guidance and strength for the day. I always begin my private time with Him with the Psalms because I want, no, I can't wait to start my day with the worship of my Father. Yep, joyfully on my knees, the lifting of my hands, sometimes even sangin' somethin'. Well, no one but God can hear me so it's always a joyful noise to Him! Ain't no god like our God. Nope.  But I can't comprehend His greatness. It makes me get teary that Someone so much greater and more powerful than my imagination would take such loving care of me! Built by God, Built for God, Made to Worship God “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians 10:31 We were built by God: “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male & female he created them” (Genesis 1:27 ). “ For you created my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb” (Psalm 139:13). And, “ everyone who is called by my name whom I have created for my glory, whom I formed and made ” ( Isaiah 43:7).   This is why we were created. We were created for His glory. We were built for God: “You shall have no other gods before me” (Exodus 20:3). Now why would the Lord have to put this in the Bible? In the beginning He already established that He is God! It’s because He knows us. He knows our weaknesses and our tendencies to wander. He had to put this in the Bible for us because He knows our tendency is to look everywhere else but to Him to get peace, joy, contentment, and fulfillm...

This song,   "Can't Stop Talkin' Darlene Zschech   pretty well visually and audibly describes why I do what I do.  I am compelled by the Holy Spirit of God inside me to keep talking about my Spectacular God and Savior Jesus.  I know Him. I KNOW Him. I know what He has done for me and the way He continues to love me and take such tender care of me!  And most of all I know I don't deserve it! But by His grace I have been saved through faith and as it is written: "For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet, till her righteousness shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch" (Isaiah 62:1-2). So there ya go! That's why I'm  here I am again on my blog, talkin' about living a life of worship (instead of leading worship  singin' ) because although God has blessed me with many gifts, the gift of a magical voice is not one of them!
